There are ships that accept both cash and credit cards but some of them accept only cash. Croatian Kuna is the main currency that ship accepts. Check with your booking agent or the crew on board about the policy of the currency acceptance on your ship. Anyhow, currency exchange offices and ATM’s are available in most port’s.

Unfortunately, laundry service is not available on board.

There is no need to bring evening gowns or formal wear. Casual dress is accepted throughout the cruise.

Unfortunately, outside food and drinks cannot be brought on board.

You are allowed to bring 1 piece of luggage per person on board. All cabins have 1 small closet to hang your clothes and store your belongings.

There is no entertainment on board. However, during the Captain’s dinner, on some of our ships there is a live music. On the ship you will also find a small selection of board games and books. Most of our ships have a TV in each cabin with various international channels as well as the TV in restaurant area. There is also a free WIFI on board of our ships. On your request, we can organize various entertainment.

Gratuities/tips are not included, but greatly appreciated. Gratuities for the cruise manager and for the cruise staff are usually left in one or two envelope(s) on the last night of the cruise. We provide tipping suggestions in the travel documents which you receive around 20 days prior to the Cruise departure. Depending of your booking arrangements, tax fee and Captain’s dinner might also be excluded from the cruise-fare. You will be well informed about the included and excluded costs by our booking agent.

Kindly provide your dietary and food allergy requests at least 30 days prior to your cruise start date. Our chefs will do all possible to accommodate your restrictions.

There are cabins with double and twin beds on all of our ships and they are for the right size for single or double use. There are a few larger cabins on the lower deck that can fit 3 passengers. There are no cabins for more than 3 people.

We can provide transfer service anyhow. Depending on your booking arrangement, transfer might be included in the cruise-fare. Check with our booking agent if that is a case. If not, we can provide you a transfer service of your desire. in the disembarkation city. If you have made your own pre- or post-cruise (lodging) arrangements, we cannot provide transfers to or from the ship.

The onboard kitchen is only open for included meals. Unfortunately, room service is not available. There is a (cash only) bar on the ship and opening hours vary of the ship.

The ship’s docking point is usually assigned by the Croatian Authorities one day prior to Cruise arrival or departure. If you are planning to arrive on your own, please contact our emergency phone number listed on your travel documents to confirm the exact ship location.

Please always call the emergency contact number listed on the travel documents if you are having trouble joining the cruise. During the Cruise or Tour, the Cruise or Tour Manager will be your primary point of contact.

Smoking inside the cabins and in most common areas is not permitted. Most ships have a small, designated area where smoking is allowed.

We explicitly recommend to close a travel insurance (travel cancellation and an insurance to cover repatriation costs in case of a accident or illness). We will be happy to assist you.

By announcing us in advance, we can arrange guarded parking for a car or a bus with a surcharge. Transfer from and to the airport or any other location is also possible with previous announcement.
